Shougang Jingtang Steel is located in the Caofeidian New Area of Bohai Bay. The project was constructed under strict air pollution control requirements to protect both the surrounding environment and the marine ecosystem of Bohai Bay. Open stockyards storing coal and ore required effective dust suppression, while the coastal environment demanded high corrosion resistance.

A 24-meter ultra-high windbreak fence system was designed to effectively cover large raw material stockpiles and form a complete wind barrier system. The panels feature a Dacromet coating combined with electrostatic powder coating, providing excellent corrosion resistance in high-salinity coastal environments. The project followed ISO management system standards and adopted a modular construction approach, completing the installation of 93,000 m² of windbreak fencing within three months.

The composite coating achieved salt spray resistance exceeding 1,000 hours. A customized design based on prevailing wind directions reduced wind velocity by 60–80%, while reducing dust emissions by over 90%. The project passed environmental acceptance by the Hebei Provincial Environmental Protection Department and established a technical benchmark for ultra-high windbreak fence systems with composite anti-corrosion coatings in the steel industry.
